  The location is really good and near to Fort Frederick and Konesvaram kovil. It's also 1km to the railway station. Cleanliness needs to be improved and staff isn't that much friendly. Washrooms are available as well.

  Excellent location, good connectivity to all major towns in Sri Lanka. The shops in the station have all the necessary Tid bits for a journey. Seating while waiting is available and the platforms are cleaner than most bus stations in Sri Lanka. The washrooms could use some upgrade and maintenance. Connections to all major towns in Sri Lanka with schedule attached.
