  The most unfriendly financial branch in Sri Lanka. The greating you get when you enter the branch is as if a thief had come to enter. An old thug looking security officer looks at your face and decides on whether you can enter or not. It's better if the management can give every customer a password to enter the branch. So that the customer is not humiliated by this guy if the customer has a bad face.

  The Branch Manager needs to educate himself on building customer relationships rather destroying the customer and putting the customer down. Horrible customer service and Horrible Manager.
