  I call them on the mentioned telephone number on a week day ( working day) during the office hours to get an insurance cover for my vehicle. No one picked up the phone. Then I dialed a another phone number which i found. They picked up,transfered me, finally reached the correct person, explained him that i want an insurance cover. he promised me to call back,which never happened. Then I changed my mind , I insured my vehicle in another company. Very Very poor customer service in Gampaha branch.i don't know about other branches
