  We have requested ECB Kuliyapitiya response on our request but till we complete three days period we have not received a single call from any of them with a reason for this power outage ...For three day we did not receive electricity but even 1987 hotline says they are not responsible on the total work ,,,very poor specially when a service sector ignores the responsibility of the consumer ...

  This is the kuliyapitiya area office of the ceylon electricity board. The new conmectiom requests bill payements, dispute handling and manybof the instances dealing with the customers is handled by this office. Efficiently functions without wasting the time of customers.

  A government office but service is almost very good. Friendly staff. Less parking available for customers.
