::Horrible experience. 1. Agency has apparantly has a policy that drivers will not stay for more than 8pm or 8hours (whichever is earlier) on duty, no matter the number of kms driven. This was informed to us on day 7 of our 9 day trip 2. The driver did not know a signed route even in a major city such as Columbo. He did not know the route even to the airport 3. One of their drivers tried to loot us by demanding parking money even though there was free parking 4. One of the drivers would not even stop when asked to, which we were uncomfortable with in a foreign nation 5. Their drivers have no sense of customer privacy as they enter any place you visit, crossing all boundries of comfort 6. Drivers had a tendancy to keep looking into our wallets 7. On routine travels to tourist spots, finding parking felt more like our headache (as the driver kept complaining of no parking space) 8. Driver was not given instructions in advance by the agency on what our trip itenary was, although we had given them a detailed itenary beforehanf 9. On speaking to the manager, he was perfectly fine with all the above as they were according to him "industry standards internationally" which as a matter of fact I know is false 10. They take 100% of the money in advance so that they can play their hidden policies and hold you to ransom since you have already made the payment. And it's difficult and expensive to arrange for an alternative immediately All in all a miserable experience in an otherwise beautiful country. After this experience, self drive will be my only choice ever in any country

::Horrible company with terrible service. did not provide a normal level of service to Sri Lanka and forgot about our transfer from the hotel to the airport. our guide Lashika promised a transfer to the airport at 6 am. But in the morning they said they would pick us up at 7pm. how is this possible if our flight is at 11:25 am
