  Went to clear my package at 10:30 and when everything was processed and cleared it was 4:00pm!! At every turn I had to pay for something or the other, ended up paying more than 10000 rupees for the whole ordeal, including taking care of the guys opening the packages, because they said the customs prices would be much higher otherwise. Everybody in the staff all left the building, many packages just left open, for lunch, leaving the customers stranded and told to stand outside until they came back from lunch. Horrible experience. A private company run like a government agency and worse.

  It would be hreat if the service could be a little faster. But overall they do a great job. P.S. expect some officers who asks for bribes

  First time been there. Offerred a good service and nice staff too. If you know someone there takes less time than usual to clear the package. All instructions are displayed and staff is willing to help.

  Poor customer service.. you pay bribes, you get your work done quick
