  The worse hair color ! They bleached my roots then my entire hair, and even with the tonning the orange just became brighter!!!! And after all that the stylist asked if i wanted to bleach my hair again !!!! After seeing my hair between his fingers getting cut off everytime he puts his hands on my head !!!! i left the saloon looking worse than ever!!!!

  Don’t ever go in here! Branch in Grand Cinnamon Hotel. This is the worst salon I’ve been to in my life. Very dirty and poor service. I can do my nails better than the lady who did my nails. I paid 2000 rupees for gel nail polish and she doesn’t even know what she’s doing. It was sooooo uneven and I even had to tell her there were spots she missed but she doesn’t fill it in anyway. The sides of my nails were so dirty afterwards because she can’t do it properly and she said, it will wash off when I clean my hands. I can’t complain because I don’t know what may happen if I do. Worst experience during holiday

  Poor client service. Made me wait inside for 30min promising an appointment, just to say after half an hour that it’s not possible. Seriously.

  not a bad place to do your hair/make up. conveniently located and good service
