  Very poor customer service.. I called the hotline to inquire about how to get vouchers and I specifically asked whether they have vouchers (not the odel vouchers) in Charles and Keith corner at Odel they said they have,once I went they said they don’t have vouchers we have to purchase Odel vouchers.. then I had to go to the outlet in Arcade..I asked whether they have vouchers one girl said yes and asked me to stay and I stayed for more than 20 mins then I had to go and ask from another person since the person who went to get the voucher was missing then I went and asked how long should I wait ? Then one girl told we have only 5000 vouchers no 1000 vouchers Then I asked why did you’ll ask me to stay ?. After that also they repeatedly told we have only 5000 vouchers, no courtesy of saying sorry just trying to justify them... highly disappointed !
