::I reported a fire on an electricity pole today in Colombo 3. The man who answered the phone sounded lost but, fortunately passed the phone to someone who knows what he's doing. Two trucks arrived in about ten minutes. The fire didn't spread and had gone out by the time they arrived. From this experience I would say they are efficient.
