::Very limited place for parking. 2 or 3 ATMs available, it's barely enough for the crowd always go there.. If there are more space and people, it would be better. Most of the officers don't care about people. I have been seated here for more than 25-30 minutes, without any acknowledgement from them. Such neglected behavior.

::Not recommended! (Slow, crowded, staff is not updated about their products, poor customer service) I filled their account opening form available online. I received following email upon the submission of the form. " Dear Sir/ Madam, We thank you for your interest in opening a Savings Account with us. We confirm that your request has been accepted. Please visit any of our branches with your National Identity Card (NIC) or Valid Driving License (DL) or Valid Passport to activate the account. You are also requested to provide evidence (E.g. Water bill, Telephone bill) in support of the address if differs from NIC /DL. Click the link below for our list of branches. " I went to the Battaramulls branch with NIC as instructed. Then I went to the counter (named as "Account Opening") at the corner. I was waiting there for 20 minutes. And one lady came to the seat and gave me a long form to fill (that form requested the same information which I was submitted online). I showed this email, but she didn't care and ask me to fill the form. What's the purpose of having that online form?

::Usually crowded, customer service officers are not qualified to serve us. for renew ATM card customer service officer said to contact account maintaining branch. but when contact them they are saying that you should go the the nearest branch.....

::Poor customer service offered by counter staff, specially the girl with the spectacles treat customers by their outfit. They should understand that they get paid by their customers money.
