::Commercial Bank before very Good... but now worst bank in sri lanka..If you went on one of Branch you will feel.. customer service officers Thinking they are the Gods.. no proper waiting Que for Customer Service Reqests.But for Cashiers Perfect..they are Managing well.. I went to open a bank account for my baby & spend around 3hours in branch..same time Buddhist Monk came to do some work but they ask to wait..but we tell to finish that work first.Is this is the way they are treating to the Religion..Now I need add my baby account on my Online benefit list but from last months they did not do any thing.. at least no respond.. What is the Responsibility of your Bank to the Community?

::I am wondering to find out How this Bank is getting award at for been the best bank and so forth from various Institutions around the world. I had had many Bad incidents at Commercial Bank branches ells where, but most recent one was in Maharagama during my last visit on 3rd July 2017 . 1. I check with the lady at Accounts opening to get my pass book updated. She sent me to a deferent counter and from there I was sent to 3 different counters to get my Pass book Updated , finally I went and stopped at Assistant Manager. Where He call one of the counters I already been and ask that officer to update my Pass Book. 2. I did some deposit and even at that counter my Pas book was not updated. The teller next to I was attending (Cash counter) a Works woman was on phone while doing the transaction, there was another Guy playing on a Tab. More of personal business instead Customer care 3. Man in Police officer Uniform enter the Bank with the full helmet on, Nether the security or any other staff member ask him to remove the Helmet. This man with the Helmet went to the Asst manager and spoke whe the helmet is on, he did all his banking while the helmet is on until he left the bank , This is the exact way Robbers enter to banks, if the bank is ok for robbers with Helmet entering the bank no issue for us since it is banks money they will rob. But we are concern since we are also inside the Bank in a situation and these robbers will shoot us Incent public if something breaks up so this can be a risk to public as we can get killed in a situation like this. I took time to Complain to the Manager up stairs. I waited more than 45 minutes to talk to the manger. Hews very accommodative but was in a Hurry. I have doubts that this organization must be purchasing the awards form relevant Institutions. As in reality I don't see any customer care and safety. And this is not the first incident I have faced many at different branch. I have many stories to comment.
