  The bank was quit ok. I am having an account which doesn't have a passbook and I used to withdraw cash by showing my NIC. They didn't understand and they asked for passbook and without that I can't withdraw. So I called the Colombo head office and asked about it so they guided the Manipay branch about the account I have. It was sorted afterwards.
