  very poor service and staff doesn’t know anything about customer etiquette. compared to other private banks and branches this branch is the worst one I ever saw.

  Good relationship with customers and friendly atmosphere. The bank staff makes sure you're satisfied . And to come again.

  Normal bank but then again after the renovation the parking is all messed up

  Usually really crowded and at peak times they just have two people functioning at the counters which is quiet ridiculous. The staff are friendly and attend to your queries at the earliest. Just the crowd for cash withdrawal and deposit is kind of a pain. #natnzin
