  Large parking area. Nice staff and three ATM machines for Withdrawals and one ATM for deposits. Really a good facility

  My debit card locked in ATM machine last week. I called several times and finally the answer it. They said called in this week to confirm whether my card delivered their branch or not. Today I called several times and no one answer it. Several times phones are busy. Is this how you treat your customers? Stop staying you are the number 1 bank in Sri Lanka if you can't even answer for customers' phone calls.
