  Negombo Fernando Road branch Please teach your inexperience so called officer's (young chaps with ties) , how to treat a senior citizen This is my own experience with my mother who's maintaining a big investment with the bank. That guy is so rude to her But I corrected the chap on the spot and informed it to bank hierarchy. THEY WERE GOOD and expressed their apology . But I am worried about innocent senior citizen's who does not have much financial power and courage to handle this type of Sloan headed face book chaps who does not have values and standard's .
