::Worst bank. In. The. World. Bad. Services staff not well informed I wanted to get a new card there wattala arpico brance said they can issue lost card in 1 day you have to go to. Pettha branch I go there they say 3 days from this branch but from your accounts branch you can clam same day so I go to my branch with my account information foreign branch what they said was cannot clam within same day any branch because your name has to be in card I said I don't need the name in card as long as I can withdraw they said its not possible have to wait 3 days I said OK they said they will send to the branch near my home in wattala and call me when the cards is issued its been a week and no call today I went to the wattala bank the cards not there they said they don't have master card it will take another week or 2 ... Worst bank in the world

::Very low level of service. Came to get cash from my own checks, said me to wait and I was here morethan 15 min they said my signature is not in the system. Crazy banking service. Highly disappointed!

::Commercial Bank before very Good... but now worst bank in sri lanka..If you went on one of Branch you will feel.. customer service officers Thinking they are the Gods.. no proper waiting Que for Customer Service Reqests.But for Cashiers Perfect..they are Managing well.. I went to open a bank account for my baby & spend around 3hours in branch..same time Buddhist Monk came to do some work but they ask to wait..but we tell to finish that work first.Is this is the way they are treating to the Religion..Now I need add my baby account on my Online benefit list but from last months they did not do any thing.. at least no respond.. What is the Responsibility of your Bank to the Community?
