  They are very careless when preparing the Online Banking facility. Misplace customers' applications with sensible data and it takes very long time to get ready. No response, very rude.

  Good service. Little crowded. new trainees don't care about customers & their problems.

  Commercial bank was one of the best service providers decade ago, there not anymore upto the same old standards. Customer care is much less than before.
