  While visiting beautiful Kandy we had to withdraw cash from the ATM, no cash was dispensed my bank was charged. I spoke to the staff who said they could not help. I have written emails to the address the Manager provided and have not received any response, I have rung the branch no answer. Good bye money. Don't use Commercial Bank

  Best bank in Srilanka. Huge space inside the bank, parking available. Nice n friendly staff.
