  Very slow service. I had to wait 20 mins just to get my new card (although I called them up 3 hours before and they said it’s ready for collection) and took another 30 mins to collect my e-remittance. If it was during peak time I’d understand but it wasn’t. The banking officers need to be more energetic at the account opening/inquiries section. Horrible experience. 😒 P.S - I wanted to register for online + mobile banking and the officer said he would help me with it but he forgot about it 15 mins later. Pathetic.
