::One of the best banks in Sri Lanka. Probably the only (Combank) one with a Drive Thru ATM in Colombo. Ample parking for at least 15 vehicles. Easy access. 2 ATMs without the Drive Thru. NO CDM machine for now. Good Service.

::The staff attitude just kills this place..go and ask them something and see the real faces unravel.. But its open till late,the only plus in this place They are very very helpful towards foreigners,at my time at the bank i thought the customer service officer might offer free cash for a foreigner,while he ignored a lot of local people waiting in the queue.. Be prepared to wait,and get ready for a lazy,angry attitude when there s a lot of paperwork involved..

::I have been maintaining my personal and business account s with this bank. Great bank, but sad to say that they have a very bad communication system. Never reply to any emails and phone calls. when ever I send them a mail, i have to call and inform them to check mails and replay or take any action. Being a very prominent bank, they should have a strong email or any other communication system to respond to customers promptly. I do have few other banks that I am maintaining accounts, but never have this issue. This must be the one and only bank that customers have to call and say, "Manager, please check your emails and respond"... Hope some responsible person in this repotted bank will read my message and take action promptly.

::time 10.00am to 11.00 am date 23/11/2017 totally disappointed with the officer and the staff who are working at the at counters (not the bank Tellers) we talked over the phone with branch officer to make 6 million rupee deposit at this branch went there no greeting nothing. we were asked to be seated and waited for 15 min nobody cared/bothered giving an applications for it. finally my wife asked for a passing by bank guy who gave a form then we filled it out. another 15 min no body bothered and people who came after us getting the service. i got up and came my wife made complain to guy who was seated at the managers table he didn't give a rats ass about it. wow what a bad service.... (i withdrew my money from kollpity branch they gave a good fast service) after that i came to pump diesel to my jeep where they gave a much better service to me....for Rs.7000/=
