  This branch is very busy at times and expect long queue, limited parking is available for cars. Some of the front staff at this branch are lazy, arrogant and not welcoming. They are NOT informative / knowledgeable. It's better to call the Colombo head office customer service for detailed information / FAQ. Therefore, I am offering 2* ratings for this branch.

  Some of the front staff at this branch are rude and not welcoming. I found that the Jaffna main branch staff were informative / knowledgeable and faster service. This is based on my own personal experience, hence I wanted to offer this ratings.
