  Good for late hour banking and parking problems at branch. Down side... Pathetic staff.. from their side they must be overloaded. Yet. While I was waiting to collect my a document staff member was just socialising with another staff member through the phone. He was talking about how he faced an job interview. I was in front of him waiting for 10+ minutes for him to finish. Since document was in his hand. After the call he said he's not the on to talk to and asked another one to attend. He could have done it before making the call
