::Worst customer care EVER! I've personally visited and submitted all necessary documents on time and been trying to collect my leasing cheque for 4 days now. Most banks issue leasing payment cheques in about 15 minute to 2 hours after supplier hand over original copies of necessary documents. Commercial Leasing have not issued me the cheque and a person in charge named Mr. "Lanka" made up excuse stories. Their customer care hotline pickup the phone once in a blue moon. Then transfer the call to some other one. Rings the phone for while and then hang up itself. Repeat. I've called their hotline more than 40 times as of now. I couldn't get my job done and they postpone this for next day. Taking 5 days (only if they successfully issue me my payment cheque tomorrow) for 20 minute - 2 hr job at most other financial companies/banks. Conclusion from my whole experience. AVOID this finance company at all cost!

::A worst company having really bad customer service. Did not answer my letter for last 4 years for overcharging me on lease settlement. Sort of theft by this leasing company. Can't we give negative ratings?

::Very Bad Service. Usually drags leasing approvals but finally approved my loan. The most important things is, this company changed the whole date one of the 12 cheques I gave and sent it to the bank for realisation before actual 1st installment but I made it rejected. I strongly advise any person dealing with the company not to give date cheques they misuse them and finally put the blame on us. Made many complaints to the head office complain section but no one gave a feedback this proves that they are at fault.

::There is a guy...he dragged my leasing approval for more than one week.and finally he said he wasnt able to get the approval.more than this.he wont answer any phone call from any customer.sometimes only he will answer you.terrible customer service.because of this company,i lost lot of my valuable time.
