::Big Damro showroom with 3 floors. They have a very good collection. And the service also very nice. Delivery can be arranged if you talked to the team. Parking is available at the premises. After sales also they provide a good service. Recommending for everyone around.

::We recently bought a sofa set from here and their service was top notch. Even though they said it'll be delivered on the weekend, it was actually delivered the next day. Considering the seasonal purchase stacks, they are doing a great job at keeping up with the high demands. Only drawback is they lack enough materials. So the range you can choose from is quite limited. Its the second time we faced this problem not being able to get the design ought to our liking and suitable to the current ambience of the home. Better go through the availability of the materials before you dig deep.

::Since Damro is a local, there are lot of things and price comparatively cheaper I mostly get Damro products. However customer service in Gampaha branch is zero. Also Gampaha showroom has no some accessories for their own products. I visited tow times to get some part of Damro semi washingmachine. They didnt have it and both times the answer was just 'go to Yakkala, you can get it'. Another day went to get something else. All sales assistance/workers were engaging their own work. They didn't even look at costomers at that time. I observerd how customers were lost without any support. I found the product by my self and wanted to check it and pay. No body came. So I had to asked someone to come. when I pay the bill I asked from the guy that, why you dont care your customers ? the answer was funny. He said that 'they all are busy with work'. So I hope they should more care about their customers.
