    Where to start..... One of the worst experience. Pls don't even think of booking with them... First they will ask you for some advance... Then the remaining amount once you reach there.. But after reaching they will ask you to pay the full amount by cash.. Who will carry so much money while traveling.... 2laks INR...... A person called Damith is a worst manager.. He is rude and he treats very badly.... Customer support is very very bad... ... If you really want to enjoy your trip.. Pls don't book with them... Still am on the way to home.. But I wanted to write.. So that others should think before booking with them...

    I am one of the victims of bad experience. This agent is a waste of money. Do not plan your trip with them. I had a visit to Sri Lanka on Sep 27, 2017, I was there for 6days and it was a waste of money mainly because of the travel agent (Daya Holidays), unprofessional driver & travel triangle who introduced us to Daya. Damitha from Daya Holidays was very rude. He did not inform the driver about the inclusions in the trip e.g. Wifi, water bottles, sim card etc. Hence the driver was shocked when we asked him about the inclusions. So we had to wait from 5am to 9am for water bottles. Adding to all these miseries The driver did not know the route, he had to stop at every place to get the address. He was driving so slow, we wasted a lot of time sitting in the vehicle. From colombo to Kandy it took 5.5hrs whereas it should be not more than 3.5 to 4hrs another upsetting stats is we traveled for more than 10hrs from Nuwara Eliya to Bentota without a lunch break. Our whole day got ruined. When we complained about this to Damitha (Daya Holidays) and Mukesh from Travel Triangle they were not bothered to listen but accused us for stopping the vehicle for nature's call (to pee) and puking. Our legs were numb after we got out of the car at 9.30pm. We couldn't spend time at Bentota. We had to start to colombo the very next day. Worst of all one of my friend was bitten by the bed bugs in Concord Grand Hotel, Colombo. She was rushed to the hospital for first aid. Look at the hotels they provide the customers!! Pathetic! Damitha should learn how to serve customers. How to make the customers feel good. People please don't t get carried away when u initially discuss about itinerary. He will seem very flexible and accommodating. He is too much money minded. We found that out on the second day when he instructed the driver not to start the car without 100% payment but we already informed that we will pay 50% only at the end of the trip. Everything turned out upside down when we went there. He doesn't keep up his words. Most of the times he doesn't pick up our calls. If he picks the call, he will try to shut us up with something lame or just hang up. His listening skills are pathetic. I understand he is a busy business man but keep in mind that you will be busy only as long as you have customers. So treat your customers well to retain your business. Travel Triangle - Please do not trap innocent customers by redirecting them to agents like Daya Holidays.

    Do not hesitate to read the review below or you will regret for not reading it later. Daya Holidays is the worst ever agent any person could think while planning for their trip. If you want your trip to be memorable one for the right case then Daya Holidays should not even come in your mind for planning your trip. Daya Holidays will make the trip worse and we will remember it for the worst scenarios they create. With all expectations and happiness in our mind, we 5 ladies started our trip to Sri Lanka with our trip planned by this useless, unhelpful and pathetic Daya Holidays. They ruined our trip by giving us a driver who was not at all aware of the routes. They did not have the basic common sense that for any trip a driver who is well versed with routes should be provided. Damitha Settinayake from Daya Holidays is a person whom should be sent to a place where he will learn how to treat his customers in order to provide not the best at least a better customer service. More sarcastically to be said I was very much surprised with his level of customer service. The way he spoke would irritate any one with no surprise. He is a person who does not have time even to listen to his customer completely. This busy man would hang up on us over the phone saying "Don't act SMART and just Enjoy your Trip" which we were not be able to feel until the last moment of our trip. The root cause for this worst agent to be reached is Travel Triangle, who is yet another useless travel agent. Worst experience on the whole with no further comments.

    One of the worst ever trip I had in my life time. Especially this Daya holidays and the in charge Damitha Settinayake is a waste candidate. He doesn't know how to treat his customers. Customer satisfaction is the key for a successful business. But Damitha Settinayake you ruined it completely. Please learn some basic business ethics on how to treat your customers and then continue your business. On the whole this trip is completely waste of our energy and money. Travel triangle please do not suggest this Daya holidays for any our your customers. Mukesh(Travel triangle) please learn how to satisfy your customers first. That is the basic essence for a successful business. We strongly recommend you not to suggest this Daya holidays to any one else in future. To give you an overview on what had happened during the trip We were told in the itenary that we will be given free wifi in the car along with water bottles. The first day we started by car at 5 am and until 8 am we weren’t provided either by wifi and water bottle. When we asked the driver he was not aware and he was surprised with the requirements. Damitha Settinayake has not at all informed the driver about the complete plan. When we asked Damitha about this he said we acted smart. We were astonished to hear this as this is not a way one should talk to a customer. The driver who was arranged did not know the routes and he had to stop everywhere to check for routes. Which wasted our time. In the itenary we were given one day in Bentota. But travelling from Nuwaraliya to Bentota took us 10 hours instead of 4 hours. When we asked about this long travel to Damitha Settinayake he told us that we stopped the car for rest room and vomiting. He is one irresponsible waste person. When we asked the driver told that he was taking us in a short tour which ended in the longest route ever. Our whole day was wasted by travelling in the car. We felt helpless and the travel triangle fellow (Mukesh) was also cool. He just will not allow us to tell our concerns fully. He will tell us he will check and get back but he will never return the call.

    The worst, unworthy, stressful experience ever!!!! Please read this completely and think 1 million times before you book with daya holidays and travel triangle Daya holidays was the worst ever agent we have seen. We were 5 ladies who planned for a trip to Srilanka with Daya holidays . We were introduced to this agent by travel triangle which was another useless agent. With lot of excitement we started our travel. We were told in the itenary that we will be given free wifi in the car along with water bottles. The first day we started by car at 5 am and until 8 am we weren’t provided either by wifi and water bottle. When we asked the driver he was not aware and he was surprised with the requirements. In the itenary we were given one day in Bentota. But travelling from Nuwaraliya to Bentota took us 10 hours instead of 4 hours. When we asked about this long travel to Damitha Settinayake he told us that we stopped the car for rest room and vomiting. He is one irresponsible waste person. The way he responded to us was very upsetting. We were desperate to reach India asap. I donot think a holiday should give us such a worst experience. The last day we were accommodated in Concord Grand hotel. The worst hotel I would say. The bed was full of bed bugs and we did not know when we slept. In the midnight I saw insects and when I woke up It has bitten me all over my face and body which has given me rashes. At 1.30am in the night we had to go to he reception and asked them to arrange for a doctor immediately. On the whole Daya holidays and travel triangle ruined our trip. They are waste. Please do not book with them. It’s a request.
