::As usual all government office there no proper information given one time i has to go 5 times to get photo copies for reniue passport, and westing about 5 hurs on the line. Very poor service if you can go as mich as early that will be good

::Poor service. Have to wait in the queue for over 2 hours till they process the application! This is just for a renewal. Issues a fancy ticket with the arrival time printed. (Good that they do so that you know how much time you have wasted precisely ) Waiting to see at least they keep the 10 working day delivery promise.

::This is the only branch at Kandy. If you want to get photos there is available that facility too. You can do all the things related to your passport at same place. This place save your money and time for people who near around Kandy. Better to go earlier.
