::Easiest way to get the vehicle revenue license, and this is the only drive-thru in the country as I know. In old days, they charged a small amount for the service, but not now. Good service compared to some of the government offices in Sri Lanka. Usually not crowded, and 2-3 counters open most of the time. However, they don’t have a proper vehicle movement plan to the counters. Motorbikes, tuks and all sometimes in one queue and it’s a real mess. To avoid unnecessary delays, bring the following document with you. 1. Vehicle insurance policy document 2. Emission test certificate 3. Previous year revenue license 4. Vehicle registration book/certificate
