  Friendly and helpful staff. Was not too crowded when we visited in the morning. The bank has not done a good job informing staff about their new product Vardhana Virtual Wallet, thought. When we visited the staff on site didn’t know about it, and we had to wait for an hour until they got some clarifications from head office and and the documents checked.

  Slowest bank ever. Not just this branch. The bank in general is slow as 👌🏼

  Not a crowded bank. Quick and friendly staff. Best place to use Western Union in Gangodawila area.
