  I went to Maharagama branch today and their service was beyond expectation. Welldone Ladies keep it up your superb customer service! Maharagama team is a good example for Dialog Battaramulla branch useless team.

  I was asked to walk to the other Dialog arcade center at Pamunuwa road,which is equiped with computers of 1980's, just to get the service done. While I.was waiting at this pamunuwa arcade , listening to chit chats of customer care girls, came to know that it is a typical thing for the people working at Amity branch to ask their customers to walk back to pamunuwa office to get their work done. I was amazed to see that Pamunuwa Arcade is still using gadgets of late 80s even though Dialog is promoting very sophisticated technoligies to their customers.
