  They are not good. I had to go 3 days to change my 3G SIM to 4G SIM.

  Attending to customers efficiently. There is a confusion with who came first. They should arrange some sort of numbering system of customers arrivals.

  The staff is friendly. But the place is not friendly. Very hard sofa and gloomy looking ambiance.

  I went there to cancel the subscription. Without a hassle they have done the perfectly. Had to stay in a quite a queue, coz I went there in a weekend and not the usual whole staff was not available.
