  Not great customer service. The customer reps just sit and expect the customer who walk into the place to know how everything works. Only after you walk into a customer rep do they even ask whether you got a number. Very dissatisfied 😒

  Very poor customer service. The staff acts like we're getting stuff for free.

  Better to go Maharagama or some were els exept Kottawa and Homagama Dialog. They take atleast 45-60min with one customer and they don't know anything other than issuing a new connection.
