  It takes ages to get something done, they need to be more organized to control humen traffic. If they organize it then thire service deserve 5star because they offer other good services and the the place is nice.

  Not a choice. Just a lack of options. However, you can count on 4 things. 1) Bill coming on time. 2) Spending at least 2 hours at the office to accomplish simple.tasks. 3) TV doesn't work during precipitation. 4) Peak period Internet is slower than a half dead tortoise.

  I expected good customer service from a well reputed company like Dialog, when i entered to the shop no one tried to help me, it felt like I was lost in a different country. Some customer agents were busy with customers, but those who were free were busy with their mobiles, not even single person didn't take their eye away from mobiles. As per my friends, previously this place was very helpful and provided much better services. I've never seen agents who arrogant like those in the Negombo Dialog Arcade.
