  Worst dialog service center. They treat when I walked in to the counter as a priority member as a criminal and they don't communicate it to the other customers and the customers who are waiting in the queue are getting pissed off and starting to fight. No parking available. Card and cash payments are accepted.

  Usually crowded place. Have to wait atleast for 20min for pay a bill.

  Worst Dialog customer care services which I have ever experienced in a Dialog Centre. On 02nd May 2017 I visited there to get my 4G package updated around 1730hrs. They said that no power and I was asked to come on next day. (To the quantrary no Standbye Generator was there according to them). Next day(03rd May 2017) I visited, then they talled me that they cannot fulfill my request as there was a System Error & asked me to come on next day. I spoke to the Manager there (so called) he said that bla bla bla... and wait for sometimes and see. (How long do I have to wait?) I said that I will complain the matter to the CEO. Then he said do it as You think. Yet my requirement was not got done. These things should more focussed by the staff of Dialog. 1). Any customer get the Dialog services by paying their own money . They(Dialog) don't provide the service free. (In my case I paid for my 4G Package to get my internet) 2). If so Dialog people shall provide a good Customer care services to their Customers. (But would it get materialised except at Dialog Arcade in Duplication Road. I've visited Panadura & Moratuwa branches but the service is owful). So needs to upgrade the Services and hospitality at these Dialog services. 3). If no CEB power, there shall be a backup power system. if no what is the purpose of keeping open the Dialog Centre. 4). When System Error is occured there can't be services provided to the Customer that is obvius. Can it always be happened?. This implies Dialog never cares their customers. If system get redundancy, this will never happens. 5). Politeness. Only this is experienced at the Dialog Arcade at Duplication Road, Bambalapitiya. Even the services there are at a higher state. 6). Time consumption of a Customer. Just imagine to get updrade the 4G Package if a person to visit three days to a Dialog Centre (Yet it is not get done). Compare the services of Mobitel. because of their attitudes (something like Dialog centres) they have gone down. But they got survived because of Srilanka Telecom. I really got dissapointed over services of Dialog Centres. Do Dialog focussed my complaint and get them organised. No they never provide satisfactory services to Customers.
