::OMG, is dialog bankrupt. The place look like weekend "Pola". When i was arrived there one guy gave me a ticket and at the bottom of the ticket my approximate waiting time printed as 6 mins, well i am pretty dam sure i waited more than 30 mins. Staff is unbelievably inefficient. Lots of banners hanging on the windows like tuition class. No parking what so ever.

::Do they really care about customers?? It's a big question. It's a negative company because whatever I ask they say not possible. The location is quite easy to access. But no parking for vehicles. Only motor cycles can be parked. Everyday there's a long queue, generally have to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to get something done. It's been from the beginning. Hope, management doesn't care about the customers waiting.
