  They made a critical mistake by giving our job card to someone else. Luckily that person who had the same job card called us and we sorted it out. Otherwise god knows what would happen? We might have lost an expensive phone given to the service center or surely it's not gonna be a pleasant experience. So be cautious everyone, because people from every walks of life come to get services from here. We got lucky this time around. And also the number they provide as their contact number isn't really the service center's number rather it's just a general customer service number. When called they said there's no number to contact the service center and we'll have to visit there to check whether our phone is ready.. How convenient..!!
