::Need more parking. Customer waiting time should be reduced. Other wise everything is okay.

::Extremely helpful customer service. Was a bit crowded. Services are split for express services and others so any fast services such as SIM changes and Internet settings etc. Are done quicker than extended personalised customer service. Token system was in place with SMS alerts so you could step out if the wait time is more.

::Waited like 45 mins before finally being called saw some of the staff was idling but in their defence there were lot of customers and they also should take a brake. Please have more seats in the waiting area so people wouldn't have to stand until someone is called and finally the seat gets vacant. Having a vending machine might be a good idea too. I didn't want to take the chance and leave the premises to have a snack and while I'm out, by some miracle my number might be called.
