::Upgraded my 3G SIM to a 4G. The facility is available at the token counter and the SIM is released at no cost. Very Good customer service and there was no queue at that time (around 5:00 PM)

::The customer service is on the SECOND floor,go near the elevators area and take a right to the stairs!! There is NOBODY to tell you this..ground floor has the club vision center.. Only a tiny board saying customer service and thats near the stairs!! Staff is informative and helpful,But place is busy most of the time,be prepared to wait even if you are a priority member. Recommend the Col 04 center in Hildon place for a better,less crowded experience.

::Some staff are very rude. Did not like the company's policy of charging for many things, like to downgrade your dialog broadband package, they charge you Rs1,000

::Gone are the days where Dialog can be referred to as a place you could witness great customer service. I think the staff can be much faster and more attentive.. saying that i wonder if the competition is any better!
