  i have been a customer of 13 years . i bought a broad band through the postal with phone . poor signal cause lot of problem for me and when i contacted them many times poor response before me . at lat technical unit came and indicated that poor signal here . then few days later i handed over to the nittambuwa branch . i sent them emails no response so far even some of their emails not working . as a reputed company act like this is very shame . i have all the documents with me to prove this. still now i also getting bills . company has money and please cut and terminate this . i am not satisfy with this .
