::I agree with most other comments. One of the worst places I have ever been. Had to wait more than 20 minutes to be served. Three others who came even after 10 -15 minutes were served before me. Answer given by the Branch Manager was โ That is done by the systemโ. There were two Buddhist priests who were also waiting due to this inhumane treatment by the so called system. Better to have robots working there rather than having humans who doesnโt have any brain or feeling. System need to changed if Dialog wants to have a better customer care.

::Modern service arcade, good service staffs are friendly, not sure about the parking. Located in popular junction.

::Very Bad service.Its best to drive more to HO in Union place to get best service rather than wasting time with these illmannered people.No professionalism at all.Call center people are far better than these branch staffs.
