  Fair and satisfactory customer service. Bought a 4G LTE Home Braodband connection. They activated the router over the desk before I leave the office. Still to check the speed etc once home.

  Very poor services. These guys serve customers very slowly. They don't seem like improving in so many years. Wish there are many counters and active staffs to serve the customers.
