  Horrible food and very old ( typical War time Jaffna ) reception. You won't find napkins but used newspapers and the utensils - er if you ever get hands on them..would be utterly unclean. I went there by thinking small restaurant food might be authentic compared to fancy big stores- but I was very wrong!
