  Owned by a Sri lankan and Italian couple. Raju and Francesca are very nice people who have done a great job carving these beautiful apartment in middle of the jungle. Stay one night with them and I'm pretty sure that you won't disappointed :)

  What a great place to stay! If we only had more time... The Sri-lankan-italian couple that built up Dionis Villa are so wonderful hosts that you immediately feel at home. They truly care about nature and the environment and made the place a quite and green oasis in Unawatuna. The apartments and the garden are made with so much love - as well as the food if you ask for homemade dinners. And by the way: Raju is an excellent guide and surf teacher! We can really and totally recommend Dionis Villa!

  Good place, maybe one of the best point for relaxation in Unawatuna. Set in a wonderfull garden Its near to the main bay and to the Jungle Beaches, beautiful Beaches with White Sand and Nice Jungle view. Dionis Villa Has a Great staff and the owners, Raju and Francesca have been so friendly and helpfull. Comparing price and quality , this is an excellent choice! Its home feeling and the apartments are stunning, well furnished and very clean. And i saved lots of money cooking at home and having barbecue in the garden!
