  We are travel agent having eight years of experience in the fields of Tourism. During our years of employment at Direct Link Pvt Ltd, we puzzled out with dozens of customers and helped them choose the right destination through professional retail travel consulting. In this years of my service We have never come across any bad reviews from the clients except for few minor complains from the hotels., they also we have managed to give upgrades and satisfy the clients .We have never let down the clients half way in any circumstances no matter whatever the situation is.As a responsible travel agent i request any traveler who have come across any difficulties or injustice kindly come forward and produce your travel ID at our office we will do the justice.   We had a very bad experience with them. They charged us for a four star hotel but gave us a really bad hotel. When we complained they had the guts to disconnect the phone. They spoilt our vacation. Horrible experience.

  Awful Experience as they do not fulfill their commitments, Will strongly recommend the travellers to stay away from the packages offered by Direct Links.
