  Services has improved. Commendable. Went there to obtain a birth certificate copy. Though there were no one to provide instructions, nor directions for which counter serves what. As usual public were always helpful to provide information. It took me only about 90 minutes to obtain a copy, while had to wait for 3 different ques. No forms filling, fast service and no palming out money. Excellent, yet lots of room for improvement.

  New building with spacious offices, have a good theater as well.
