  This is a government institute that manages land surveying and mapping within Badulla district. Sells maps and plans of land parcels. The building has been built during colonial era. there are some old ceiling fans manufactured by General Electrical company of great Britain still functioning here. The record room contains some of old plans drawn by British colonials. Some of those plans are older than 100 years. Can buy Sri Lankan road map, 1:50,000 topographical maps and many other maps here. මෙය බදුල්ල දිස්ත්‍රික්කය තුළ රජයේ මැනුම් සහ සිතියම් ගතකිරීම සඳහා වග කියන ආයතනයයි. මෙහිදී ශ්‍රී ලංකා මාර්ග සිතියම, 1:50,000 භූ ලක්ෂණාත්මක සිතියම සහ එහි කොටස්, පළාත් සිතියම් ආදී සිතියම් සහ පිඹුරු මිලදී ගත හැකිය. යටත් විජිත යුගයේ ගොඩනැගිල්ලක් වන මෙහි එකල සවි කළ පැරණි සිවිලිම් පංකා තවමත් හොඳින් ක්‍රියාත්මක වනු දැක ගත හැකිය. සියලු ගෙවීම් සවස 2.30 තෙක් භාර ගනී.
