::From the out side it is awesome. Once you step into thus place you will realize how lazy government people are. To get done a small work i had to step into this place few times. Very lazy staff. ::The procedure they are going to follow is good but still not following the people who are working there. Most of the people start working after 9.15 am. I had to wait more than 1 1/2 hours to take a birth certificate copy even my queue number was 2.
