  Went to get a copy of birth certificate. Got with reasonable time. Extremely hot environment (perhaps because I visited in April). No parking for public. Small place. Staff I dealt with had a boss mentality towards me. OK cleanliness. Well organized for a government facility.

  I am giving 5 starts because a highly unlikely scenario happened. I met a very friendly guy with specs upon entering the office. He was very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed and told me exactly what to do and how. Not many people are like that in such government offices.
