  It was an new experience . But need some improvements ; at the evening light isn't good . Simply a great place :)

  Good Place,New concept You have to get a ticket to come there(50/=). Foods are ok and maintain by Waters edge hotel,But food is not upto the standard. There are train cabins to go inside and have the meal. Cabins are AC and nice looking. Announcements will make as real railway station.

  Great place to relax yourselves away from busy roads and noise. Operated by waters edge. Great view and we can have food inside train as well as outside. Made exactly as a srilankan raiway station. Air conditioned. Food moderate prices around 500rs. Need more verities of food

  Great place to spend time with family or friends. The journey begins with the short ferrying across the lake. Up and down cost of ferry is Rs. 50.00 per head. The restaurant is literally a train station with a train parked in it. Food counters, wash rooms and tables are all inside the trains carriages. Additionally, one can enjoy their meal on the tables on the station's platform. Speaking of enjoying the meal, I am not entirely satisfied with the taste of meals they offer, though it is managed by Waters Edge. I ordered a grilled sandwich, small hot dog and a chicken kottu, all of which had a below par taste. Honesty, one can have a much better meal for a little higher price at a Dinamore. However the potato chips they serve with sandwiches, burgers etc. added some value. (Hopefully, they will improve their game). All in all, although you won't get the value for money in your meal's taste, you will not leave the place without enjoying its awesome atmosphere.
