  Utterly dismal service. Pickup and delivery details were given and Package was collected on 26th, it reached delivery point on 27th according to their website, and would not have been delivered today had I not gone to the center and picked it up. Calls are not answered, at the branch or headoffice, Finally managed to get a Manager on line and he promised to call back, that was an hour ago. Since then I have found the location and picked the package up.

  Very hard to contact this joint , phone rings till eternity on a working day...recording says customer service, but no one picks up. Thought of visiting their Collection point allegedly in Boralesgamuwa ...Unfortunately google address is wrong. What a disaster.
