::Worst courier service ever. Specially Matara Branch. When I asked why my package delayed, they said they got only one man to deliver that day. Then I contacted delivery man named shehan and asked when he can deliver my package, he said he was out for some work and can't say exact time of delivery. The branch is situated less than 1km from my place and finally I went to their branch and collected it myself. When I called customer care for Lodge a complaint they said no one was present at office at that time and gave me the contact number of operational manager (Mrs. Nishadi). I tried several times to contact her and she didn't picked up. So I what I realised is the staff ( up to bottom) are very irresponsible, unprofessional and they all are cheaters. So please beware of this courier service. Never ever let any of your service providers to use this (Domex courier) service.They are not even deserve for one star ( my bill no 2670547)

::Little parking space available.. This branch is going to move somewhere soon.. Good customer care... packing service not available in this Branch.. Qurior charges is little higher .. The Packing price is also too higher then the other qurior Service.. They don’t answer the calls quickly.. No response back..

::Pathetic is an understatement. They never answer phones or hang up. Was passed from one branch to another, country wide. Not a single supervisor to speak to, was even put to a toilet cleaner to talk to me. Name should be changed to domestos! Will definitely be forwarding a complaint to consumer Council. Fish market has better service.
